Payment/Insurance:

We are contracted with many of the major insurance carriers. We offer to bill your insurance company for you. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance company prior to you visit to determine if we are a preferred provider on your plan. We accept cash, check, (Visa, Mastercard). All services not billed to insurance must be pre-paid.
